What is the guarantee on the boilers of the Gold Leon factory?
All series of boilers manufactured by the Gold Leon factory are unconditional, which means that our consumers do not oblige to call an authorized service to clean the stone from a stone or to replace the magnesium anode. But we recommend to all our consumers to clean the jar of stones for 6 months to make the boiler work better. The guarantee for the series with the EGV series is 3 years, the Gold Leon and Platinum Gold series are 5 years old and the Exclusive series is 15 years old, while the guarantee for all other parts of the product (heater, thermostat, electrical installation etc.) is a minimum legal guarantee of 2 years.
